A small company that answers the phone
A group of freelancers who kept working together, registered as a company in 2023 and still working much the same way.
Asia Innovative Online started in 2023 as a group of freelance developers and designers who kept ending up on the same projects. Registering as a company was mostly an administrative decision — the way we work has not changed much since.
We build software for small and mid-sized businesses: web applications, online stores, chatbots, IoT products and the data tools that sit behind them. Most of our clients are not technical, and do not want to become technical. Our job is to make the decisions understandable, then make the thing work.
We publish what our packages cost because we think you should be able to find that out without a sales call. Most of the market will not, and we have never understood why.
We work from Kuala Lumpur, and we have delivered for clients in Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, the United Kingdom, the United States and South Africa. If you are somewhere else, that has never been the problem.

Tell us what you need
Email or call. We work out whether one of our packages fits, whether it needs adjusting, or whether you are better off with something else entirely. No charge, and no obligation to go further.

We agree the scope in writing
You get the deliverables, the timeline and the price before anything starts. If the work sits outside a published package, we quote it. Nothing begins until you have said yes to a written scope.

We build it and hand it over
You get progress against the milestones we agreed. At the end the intellectual property in the finished work is yours — that is written into our terms, not a favour.
